Our lovely self catering accommodation is located just 5 minutes walk from the centre of Campbeltown yet is located in a quiet residential part of town.  Campbeltown is the main town on the stunning Kintyre peninsula on the west coast of Scotland.

Directions

By Car

From Glasgow, take the A82 towards Loch Lomond and follow onto the A83 at Tarbet (signposted Campbeltown). Continue to follow the A83 over the Rest and Be Thankful, to Inveraray - an ideal rest stop.  Then carry on through Lochgilphead, and on to the beautiful fishing village of Tarbert, commonly known as the gateway to Kintyre.  Continue down the A83 on the west coast of Kintyre enjoying some of the best views in Scotland before reaching Campbeltown.  The journey takes approx.  3 - 3.5 hours.

By Bus

West Coast Motors operate a three times daily bus service from Glasgow to Campbeltown.  The journey takes approx. 4 ½ hours with a short stop at Inveraray.

By Air

flybe operates week day twice daily service from Glasgow Airport to Machrihanish - only 5 minutes from Campbeltown. The flight takes only 25 minutes. Flights can be booked online through flybe website.

By Sea

Kintyre Express operate a fast passenger ferry from Troon to Campbeltown and this is proving popular with people coming to the area for shorter trips, especially golfing breaks. The sea journey takes approx. 1 hour.

Car Hire

Car rental can be arranged with Campbeltown Motor Company (Tel: 01586 552030). For those arriving by air, they will arrange to meet you at the airport with your car.

Taxi Service
